Drennen

To increase physical flexibility, Drennen started with an Ashtanga practice in 2014 and quickly found increased mental flexibility along with a slew of other benefits. Since that transformational discovery, yoga and movement have been the cornerstone of Drennen’s routine. This consistency has helped her through cardiac issues, depression, anxiety, and life’s daily inconveniences. With her first certification obtained in 2019, Drennen is a 500HR RYT and a Functional Range Conditioning Mobility Specialist. She has a curiosity for movement and philosophy that guides her personal practice and teaching. In one of her classes, you can expect options accessible for all bodies as you explore sensation and breath.
