Lauren Pellegrino
Lauren discovered yoga while recovering from an injury that limited her movement and through the practice she found not just physical healing, but a deeper connection to herself. Over time, she has integrated breathwork, mobility, and yoga philosophy into her daily life and seeks to share these transformative tools with all those that attend her classes. While her teaching style originally focused on dynamic sequences, it has evolved to embrace a more restorative approach that encourages deep breath awareness and mindful healing. In class, students are invited to explore their breath, listen to their bodies and find balance between effort and ease. Lauren’s goal is to empower students to tap in, tune out, have fun, and leave class feeling restored!
