Tammy Thompson

Tammy is a 500 E-RYT with a focus in vinyasa flow, yin, and yoga nidra.

Tammy is known for her calming, meditative voice, and guides meditations that are focused on anxiety reduction, better sleep, and clearer mental stability. In addition, she offers an energetic vinyasa flow and focuses on helping her students link breath to movement. Whether movement based or done in stillness, Tammy aims to help the student connect their inner world to their outer world.
