Bri Lauderdale
Bri Lauderdale is a 200 E-RYT and Registered Mental Health Counseling Intern (RMCHI). She spent time traveling to teach internationally before permanently relocating to her hometown of Tampa, Florida. Her belief that as individuals “we are always in the process of becoming” informs her approach both as a teacher and a therapist. In class, she creates an environment for you to be curious about your internal experiences and explore options that are aligned with your body’s needs.
Bri was born with a rare birth defect (Poland Syndrome) that left her without pectoral muscles on one side of her chest- creating a sense of frustration and disconnection from her physical self. Becoming a student of yoga helped her begin to feel more at home in her body. Her purpose is to share the practices that have enabled her to repair the relationship between her mind and body, to access a more integrative experience in daily life.
